This document outlines the rules for using the neko4d service that apply to all registered users in Indonesia. Please read carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the neko4d platform through our official website at neko4d.club, registering an account, or making any kind of transaction, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the neko4d service.
These terms apply to all users accessing the platform from within Indonesia. Users must ensure that their use of this service does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. neko4d is not responsible for any local legal violations arising from the use of the platform by users who do not meet those requirements.
Users who register an account confirm that they are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Registration by individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirement is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure upon discovery.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the neko4d platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same user—using different identities or by any other means—constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any balances held within them.
When registering, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including their full legal name as shown on official identification, an active email address, and a reachable phone number. Inconsistencies between the details on a neko4d account and the payment method used may delay the withdrawal verification process.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. neko4d will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any communication channel outside of the official login process on the site. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
neko4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, especially before processing significant withdrawals. This verification process is a standard security measure designed to protect users' interests.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
neko4d users agree to use the platform responsibly and solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Users are prohibited from using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform operations will result in permanent account suspension and potential legal action.
Users are prohibited from sharing account access with any other party, including family members. All activity conducted through a user's account is the responsibility of the registered account holder. The use of bots, automated software, or any other unauthorized methods to interact with the platform is strictly forbidden.
neko4d supports the principles of responsible gaming. Users who feel they are having difficulty controlling their playing habits are encouraged to use the account restriction feature or contact our support team for further guidance. More information is available on the Responsible Gaming.
4. Payments & IDR Transactions
All transactions on the neko4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI), digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana), and QRIS. Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available before making a deposit.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply in accordance with current policy and are subject to change at any time. Up-to-date information on transaction limits will be displayed on the transactions page within the user's account. Deposit processing times are typically a few minutes, while withdrawals may take longer depending on the chosen payment method and applicable verification procedures.
Users must ensure that the name on their neko4d account matches the name on the bank account or digital wallet used for transactions. Data mismatches may cause transaction delays or rejections as a fraud prevention measure. neko4d is not responsible for any losses arising from data inconsistencies caused by the user.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and separate terms available on the promotions page. Bonus abuse or attempts to claim bonuses fraudulently may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
5. Account Policy: Suspension & Closure
neko4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if a violation of the terms of use, suspicious activity, or inaccurate information is detected. Account closure due to serious violations may be accompanied by a balance freeze pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through customer support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for return to the registered payment method, following the required identity verification.
Accounts that have been inactive for a certain period may be subject to the dormant account policy in effect at that time, including possible administrative fees or account closure. Users will be notified in advance via their registered email before this policy is applied.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Third-Party Links
All content on the neko4d platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, interface design, and software, is the property of neko4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify such content without prior written permission from neko4d.
The neko4d platform may include references or links to third-party services, such as game providers or payment gateways. neko4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites or services. Users who access third-party services through the platform do so at their own risk.
The neko4d trademarks, logos, and name may not be used in any context that could create confusion, imply an unofficial association, or be considered disparaging without prior written consent from neko4d.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
neko4d reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms of use at any time without requiring prior consent from users. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the & Terms and Conditions page to ensure they are aware of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. If users do not agree with the changes made, they may close their account by contacting customer support.
These terms of use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the neko4d platform that cannot be resolved through mutual discussion will be settled through the applicable dispute resolution mechanism.
